Diego Maximín Jované, in his professional experience, has provided advice and represented recognized national and foreign companies in the construction, agro-industrial, banking, insurance, investments, agro-industry, energy, telecommunications, airport, health sectors, as well as state entities in private contracting, contracting public, in complex and multidisciplinary litigation in the administrative, judicial, arbitration, national and international spheres; as well as in local and cross-border reorganization and liquidation processes.
He is an active member of the Bar Association, the Colombian Panamanian Institute of Procedural Law, as well as the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Speaker, national and international, and author of a plural number of articles on topics related to litigation, judicial and arbitration, insolvency, local and cross-border; civil liability, and asset recovery.
He was a member of the commission proposing Law No. 212 of 2021 that establishes a Panama special regime for conciliated reorganization processes carried out due to the national emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
He was part of the debates in the legislative commission for the New Code of Civil Procedure.
